The Crime and Justice Institute (CJI) is excited to offer the Incentivize Change Program, a new opportunity centered around developing positive reinforcement strategies for youth that promote lasting behavior modification. The program equips youth-serving practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools necessary to effectively implement incentives that reinforce desired behavior and reduce recidivism among youth and emerging adults.
