Data-Driven Decision Making in Imperial Co.

CJI is working with the Imperial County Probation Department to develop a process for collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data elements. The goal of this process will be the development of data reports that present agency performance and outcome data at the individual, unit, and agency level that will reflect the successes of the department and identify areas for enhancement.

NHDOC Organizational Assessment

With funding from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (NHCF), CJI engaged the New Hampshire Department of Corrections (NHDOC) in a comprehensive organizational assessment and planning process.

Lowell WIB Strategic Reentry Planning

CJI worked with the Greater Lowell Ex-Offender Reentry Partnership through the Greater Lowell Workforce Investment Board, and the Career Center of Lowell, to develop a three-year strategic plan to begin to slow the revolving door of incarceration in the community of Lowell, MA.

Evidence-Based Strategic Planning in So. California

To facilitate the development of evidence-based strategic plans in San Luis Obispo County, San Diego County, and Imperial County probation departments and to move forward with research-proven policies and practices.

Evidence-Based Strategic Planning in Kansas

Assisting the Kansas Department of Corrections to develop and implement a statewide strategic plan for the implementation of evidence-based practices (EBP).
