Lowell WIB Strategic Reentry Planning

CJI worked with the Greater Lowell Ex-Offender Reentry Partnership through the Greater Lowell Workforce Investment Board, and the Career Center of Lowell, to develop a three-year strategic plan to begin to slow the revolving door of incarceration in the community of Lowell, MA.

MA Reentry & Employment

With support from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, CJI conducted a three-county examination of the preparation of prisoners for employment upon release.

CORI Task Force

Examining the Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) system and its impact on ex-offenders seeking employment and housing.

Reentry Resource Directory

With funding from the Gardiner Howland Shaw Foundation, CJI manages, produces, and distributes the Coming Home Reentry Resource Directory, a compilation of services available to ex-offenders returning to or living in Greater Boston communities.

Juvenile Justice Workforce

CJI collaborated with Cornerstones for Kids and CPS Human Resource Services to conduct a national assessment of the condition of the juvenile justice workforce, to explore the impact of juvenile justice reform on the workforce, and to produce a report on aligning workforce efforts with reform goals.
