Jennifer Loeffler-Cobia joined the Crime and Justice Institute in 2007. She currently focuses her efforts toward building evidence based practices in adult and juvenile corrections. She has over 11 years of experience in behavioral and health research, program planning, development, and evaluation, quality assurance, case planning, risk assessment development and implementation, data management, and statistics. Prior to her work with CJI Jennifer was a Program Manager with the State of Utah, Department of Juvenile Justice Service where she managed their Evidence Based Practice Initiative. Jennifer received both her Master of Science in Health Research and Bachelors of Science in Public Health from Utah State University where she is currently an assistant lecturer. Her graduate research studies included criminogenic risk factors of female juvenile offenders based on offending classification.
